Description et bienfaits :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cet atelier comporte 2 parties : La d\u00e9tente pour augmenter la capacit\u00e9 respiratoire, puis la marche en conscience.<\/p>\n

1\u00e8re partie :<\/strong> D\u00e9tente pour augmenter la capacit\u00e9 respiratoire<\/p>\n

Cet atelier vous apprendra comment am\u00e9liorer votre respiration de fa\u00e7on simple et efficace. Il n’y a besoin d’aucun pr\u00e9-requis et les exercices de d\u00e9tente sont accessibles \u00e0 toutes personnes de tous \u00e2ges et de toutes conditions physiques. Elle se fait en position assise puis couch\u00e9e. Beaucoup de participants se d\u00e9tendent tellement qu’ils s’endorment presque et respirent plus librement en 15 \u00e0 30 minutes. Ces outils sont donc AUSSI id\u00e9aux pour favoriser le sommeil le soir au coucher.<\/p>\n

2\u00e8me partie :<\/strong> Marche en conscience<\/p>\n

Une fois bien d\u00e9tendus, les participants commenceront \u00e0 allier le soufle et la marche pour explorer la marche en conscience sur terrain plat majoritairement. La marche en conscience sera aussi test\u00e9e en terrain montant sur 3 \u00e0 5 minutes maximum pour les personnes n’ayant aucune contre-indications m\u00e9dicales \u00e0 l’effort physique. Ceux qui ont des restrictions ne feront pas cette pratique de 3-5 minutes.<\/p>\n

On explorera ensuite les diff\u00e9rents rythmes respiratoires en marchant, amenant la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque et l’\u00e9tat m\u00e9ditatif SANS m\u00e9diter.<\/p>\n

Cette marche a le m\u00eame effet sur le corps et l\u2019esprit que la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque mais avec en plus les bienfaits de la marche (circulation de la lymphe et du sang, lubrification des articulations, facilite le transit intestinal).
\nElle a aussi les m\u00eames effets que la m\u00e9ditation et elle est justement id\u00e9ale pour ceux qui ne r\u00e9ussissent pas \u00e0 m\u00e9diter tranquillement assis.<\/p>\n

Pour ceux qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 la maitrise de la m\u00e9ditation, la marche en conscience vous emm\u00e8nera dans des \u00e9tats de conscience sup\u00e9rieurs et dans une alliance avec la nature qui vous entoure.<\/p>\n

\n– Optimise l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation

Rencontre \u00e0 12h30, repas – d\u00e9but atelier \u00e0 14h, fin \u00e0 16h30<\/p>\n

Terrain : majoritairement plat<\/p>\n

Horaires :<\/strong>
\n14h-15h : exercices simples assis et couch\u00e9s (les participants apportent une couverture ou un tapis pour les d\u00e9tentes allong\u00e9es) pour d\u00e9tendre le corps et augmenter le volume respiratoire (par la d\u00e9tente)
\n15h-15h30 : 1er rythme de marche en conscience 3-1-3-1 terrain plat, puis 3-0-3-0 et 2-0-2-0 terrain montant
\n15h30 – 16h30 : exploration des rythmes dits de coh\u00e9rence cardiaque 4-2-4-2, 5-0-5-0, 4-1-4-1, 4-0-6-0 et si il reste du temps les rythmes m\u00e9ditatifs : 5-0-7-0, 6-0-8-0, 4-2-6-0, 4-2-6-2<\/p>\n
