Following these authors, many doctors, researchers, investigative journalists, etc. criticized public health policies serving the pharmaceutical industry and not dedicated to education and citizen empowerment.

Pandemics reach populations

If diet is the basic element in preventing any disease, this is especially true in the case of the immune system. Taking care of these “invisible populations” that inhabit us is one of the greatest challenges of scientific medicine in the 21st century.

Specialists often select 3 stars of intestinal bacteria: anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging among which we can cite “Christensenellacea“, “Akkermansia municiphila“, the 2 bacteria present in supercentenarians who are found associated with lactic bacteria ( Bifidobacterium) well known to researchers.
Essential oils represent an avenue of choice for maintaining the balance of our intestinal flora, in a double action: they fight pathogenic bacteria, but also they protect those that are beneficial to us.

- Among the condiments that detoxify, choose real Dijon mustard (sugar-free), garlic, onion, turmeric, rich in protective antioxidants
